Evidence you can inspect
Sources and uncertainty stay visible. An assessment is a starting point for your judgment, never proof of demand, and a heuristic score is labelled as one.
In development · Pre-launch
An AI venture team that builds companies, not slide decks. It reads the market, finds the people who already have the problem, drafts the outreach, and keeps every decision and its evidence — so the next idea starts from what the last one taught you.
14 vendors, clustered on the same claims
One position nobody is defending
Illustration of the reading, not a live assessment.
Built around a founder’s question
“I can build it.
But is there a good reason to?”
The vision · One connected venture loop
Specialist AI roles, a shared record, and a founder in control. We’re building toward the whole loop, with a focused first beta.
Look for recurring customer pain.
First-beta focusQuestion the opportunity. Stop or revise weak ideas.
First-beta focusPlan a demand test; then learn from real responses.
Planning firstTurn a supported decision into a product brief and build.
Broader roadmapCheck the result and approve what goes live.
Broader roadmapReach customers and feed outcomes into the next decision.
Broader roadmapThe first beta is being shaped around a research brief, an opportunity assessment, and a next-test plan. The full loop is the product direction, not a claim of end-to-end autonomy today.
The product principles
These are design commitments for how Neven should behave, not features you can use today.
Sources and uncertainty stay visible. An assessment is a starting point for your judgment, never proof of demand, and a heuristic score is labelled as one.
The reasoning carries from one attempt into the next, including the ideas you decide to stop pursuing, so the same ground is not re-covered from scratch.
Emails, published pages and payments are proposed for your approval, never sent automatically. That boundary is enforced in the system, not requested in a prompt.
Different roles can run on different models, including local ones. Spend is attributed per role so you can see what each decision cost.
What makes the workspace different
Keep the context between tasks, choose how the work runs, and decide what goes out. These foundations are in development; the first beta will have a focused scope.
Keep assessments, work, and outcomes in a persistent record. Recall earlier verdicts when a similar idea comes back, so a new attempt can build on what was learned.
Choose models for different roles and track recorded usage and cost. See the assumptions behind a cost comparison rather than a blanket savings promise.
The action layer queues email, publishing, and payment actions for approval. Review what is proposed before deciding whether it should happen.
Connect signals, problems, and markets to look for gaps in the evidence collected. Use gaps in the map to guide further research, with the coverage of the collected evidence kept in view.
What is actually built
Every part below runs today, offline-tested, on an append-only record. The first beta opens a narrow slice of it.
Collectors across Reddit, Hacker News, GitHub issues, job boards and Product Hunt, deduplicated by content hash and clustered only when two independent sources corroborate. Feature requests are weighted by reaction count, because a thumbs-up is a vote with a name on it.
Crowding and claim-overlap measured from live vendor pages, not recalled from training data. Crowded and identical is an opening; crowded and differentiated is a wall. A sparse lane is treated as a warning, because empty usually means nobody pays.
Public posts from people describing the problem, qualified in three stages, with every draft checked after generation — no invented customers, no invented quotes, no claim the product cannot support. A failing draft is withheld rather than flagged.
Clicks, signups, preorders, letters of intent and payments count. Verbal interest and survey answers never do. Gate decisions are logged as predictions and scored against what actually happened, so the judgment is measured rather than asserted.
Email, publishing and payment actions are proposed, gated and queued. A human approves each one. Deployed pages carry tracking that turns a real click into demand evidence on the venture it belongs to.
Every assessment, objection, kill and outcome is an immutable event. Bring a similar idea back and it tells you what was decided before and why — the part that makes the tenth venture cheaper than the first.
Help shape the first beta
Bring a real idea or a market you’re investigating. We’re looking for founders and small studios who want to test the first workflow and share candid feedback.
Register your interestTell us what you’re trying to investigate. Signing up does not create an account or provide immediate product access.
We plan to start with a small group and a narrow research workflow. Scope and onboarding details will be shared before you join.
Broader automation, building, and sales workflows are part of the vision. They are not a promise of first-beta functionality.

Building Neven in the open
We ran the critic against our own shortlist before building any of it. Two of those ventures are dead because of what it returned, and that is the point of the tool — the cheap no comes before the expensive yes.
AI call screening for trades came back with 14 vendors and 6 comparison pages already written. A dental-lab workflow came back with 13 and 11. We had started building the first. Finding that in an afternoon instead of a quarter is the point — the time went into the next idea.
A search for “trades” also returned stock-trading sites, and that inflated a vendor count. You can see every source behind a reading, which is the only way to catch that kind of error yourself.
Every reading is kept, so a later idea starts from what the earlier ones taught rather than a blank page. The first beta tests whether that record produces better decisions for other founders too.
Read as an archive, not as market advice. These nine internal assessments came from an earlier scoring method. Some candidate domains were unrelated to the intended market; repeated results and broad domain counting could affect the scores. They have not been recomputed or verified as current market conclusions.
| Idea assessed | Date | Original score | Original label |
|---|---|---|---|
| Call screener for trades Known query ambiguity | 0.80 | Crowded | |
| Call screening for contractors | 0.80 | Crowded | |
| Receptionist for tradespeople | 0.80 | Crowded | |
| Freight broker workflow | 0.57 | Contested | |
| Dental lab automation | 0.80 | Crowded | |
| Trucking compliance | 0.80 | Crowded | |
| Advisor compliance support | 0.80 | Crowded | |
| Medical billing appeals | 0.87 | Crowded | |
| Autonomous AI company Relevance not verified | 0.80 | Crowded |
A score is a heuristic, not a probability of failure. Several records assess related ideas. A crowded category can still contain a useful, differentiated product.
A limitation we found: one “trades” search also returned stock-trading sites. The original domain counts therefore need relevance review. These records preserve what the system reported. The domain lists need relevance review before they can support competitor counts.
These records are summarised above. Original result-page URLs and snippets are not included in these records. Historical scores have not been rewritten to reflect later improvements.

Before you sign up
Not through a public product signup. Neven is in development. This page collects interest ahead of a private beta; it does not provide immediate access.
Our initial focus is researching customer pain, examining alternatives, and planning a demand test. The exact scope is still being developed. We’ll explain what is available and where assistance is needed before you join.
Beta pricing and setup requirements are not finalized. Model choice and bring-your-own-key support are part of the product direction. We’ll explain any Neven fees, model costs, and setup requirements before you decide to participate. Signing up here is free.
Neven has no external users or customers yet. The assessment log comes from internal development, and the hero illustration is a concept preview. Neither is evidence of customer revenue, savings, or successful deployments.
That is broader than the first beta. The long-term vision connects research, validation, building, and selling, but we are starting with one focused workflow. Neven does not guarantee demand, business success, or revenue.
Yes. Email hello@nevenai.com, or choose “An investor conversation” in the form. Neven is at the development stage, with no user traction to report yet.
For investors
Where the compounding comes from, what runs today, and the order the next milestones land in.
Software made building cheap. Deciding what to build stayed expensive, manual and badly remembered. Neven compounds that judgment: every assessment, objection and outcome is an event, so the tenth venture is cheaper to evaluate than the first. The moat is the record, not the model.
Retrieval and generation are cheap enough to run a full discovery loop continuously, and durable enough to keep an auditable record of why each call was made. Both had to be true; until recently only the first was.
An append-only event store, a corroboration-gated signal bus, an opportunity graph, a stage-gated venture factory, a fleet of role-parameterised agents, a human-approval action layer and a calibrated learning loop. Around 560 tests, offline, provider-independent.
A first beta with a small group of founders on one narrow research workflow, then calibrating the verdict against what those ventures actually do, then discovery running continuously rather than on demand. Each step is gated on the one before it producing something useful.
We store the name, email address, interest, and the idea or context you submit so we can respond to your request and send you the assessment we ran. We also record the signup time, country provided by our hosting service, and campaign tags to understand where interest comes from. Our signup record does not store your IP address.
Signup records are stored using Cloudflare. The site also requests fonts from Google Fonts. These services may process connection information when serving the page. A session-only campaign tag in your browser helps attribute your signup; it is not an advertising tracker.
Development updates are optional. Leaving that box unchecked does not affect your early-access request. If you previously signed up under our one-opening-email promise, that promise still applies.
To correct or remove your signup, or stop future contact, email support@nevenai.com from the address you registered. We use this information to manage pre-launch interest and respond to requests; we do not sell the signup list.
